About Us

Who we are and what we do

Ennerdale Development Consulting is run by Tom Rigby, a property developer with over twenty five years experience principally in urban and estate regeneration. EDC offers an extensive range of services to assist and advise housing developers on their projects, from the point of initial site identification, through to acquisition, planning, design, project delivery and sales and marketing stages.
